The Northwest Auto Group is looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to join our team.
Working closely with the Director of Marketing and dealership leadership teams, you will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns that support the sales, service, and parts departments across our dealership network. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who enjoys coordinating projects, working with vendors, analyzing results, and bringing campaigns to life across multiple channels.
Core ResponsibilitiesCampaign Planning & Execution
- Work with sales, service, and parts managers to identify priorities and marketing opportunities.
- Execute marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and in-store channels.
- Coordinate campaign assets, timelines, and deliverables with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Support dealership events, promotions, sponsorships, and community initiatives.
Digital Marketing
- Manage dealership websites, landing pages, and digital campaign content.
- Coordinate paid advertising campaigns across platforms including Google and Meta.
- Monitor campaign performance and implement improvements based on results.
- Develop and maintain a manageable social media content calendar that promotes dealership campaigns, inventory, events, and culture.
Reporting & Analytics
- Track campaign performance and provide regular reporting to dealership leadership and the Director of Marketing.
- Analyze lead generation, website traffic, engagement metrics, and advertising effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities to improve performance and maximize return on investment.
Vendor & Brand Management
- Coordinate with advertising partners, creative vendors, OEM partners, and other third-party providers.
- Ensure brand standards are maintained across all customer touchpoints.
- Communicate marketing initiatives and promotions throughout the organization.
- Ensure all advertising complies with OEM requirements and applicable provincial regulations.
What You'll BringRequired
- 2+ years of marketing experience (non-internship).
- Experience managing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with marketing reporting and campaign analytics.
Preferred
- Automotive marketing, dealership, or automotive sales experience.
- Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, automotive CRM platforms, and website content management systems.
- Familiarity with graphic design software such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Experience working with vendors and external agencies.
