Job Specifications:
- Preventative maintenance on transfer tooling
- Die troubleshooting in transfer presses
- Providing technical tooling support
- Machining components for automation and stamping
- Providing change over and first off support
- Providing production support
- Continuous improvement initiatives
- Problem solving using a 5 why process
- Involved in 5S practices in accordance to Brose policy
- Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum of five (5) years of Tool & Die and/or Millwright experience within a production environment
- Tool & Die Certification (430A)
- Currently possess or eligible to obtain and successfully hold a forklift and crane license/certification
- Must be available for shift work, overtime, weekend work or emergency calls
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- SAP knowledge preferred
