Position Overview
We are looking for a driven and accountable Account Manager to support our growing logistics and transportation operations.
This role is focused on:
- Managing and growing existing client relationships
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Working closely with operations to ensure strong service delivery
This is a hands-on, performance-based role. You will be expected to take initiative, build relationships, and actively contribute to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers
- Negotiate rates and close new business deals
- Work closely with operations to ensure service execution
- Maintain and update CRM and pipeline activity
- Support overall sales and growth strategy

Qualifications
- Experience in logistics/supply chain OR B2B sales/account management
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally (~25%)
