Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various residential or commercial spaces. Prior custodial experience and familiarity with cleaning procedures are preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to established standards
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, paper products, and cleaning materials as needed
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is used properly and maintained in good condition
- Follow safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment during cleaning tasks
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service quality
Qualifications
- Prior custodial or cleaning experience is preferred; experience in commercial cleaning is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean working environment
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently
