Bartender – Fine Dining

La Vecchia Ristorante is seeking a skilled and professional Bartender with fine-dining experience to join our team. This role requires strong technical ability, consistency, and exceptional guest service at the bar and throughout the dining room.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare classic and specialty cocktails with consistency and precision
- Provide attentive bar service and support dining room service tickets
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktails
- Engage guests with professionalism and hospitality
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and inventory of the bar
- Follow all health, safety, and Smart Serve guidelines
- Assist with opening and closing duties
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years bartending experience in fine dining or upscale venues
- Strong cocktail, wine, and spirits knowledge
- Valid Smart Serve certification (required)
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
