THE ROLE:
As the Data & AI Automation Analyst you will bridge business strategy and advanced analytics, delivering scalable data, automation, and AI-driven solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities, design solutions, and drive measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement automation workflows using tools such as Power Automate
Develop and support AI, analytics, and data-driven initiatives
Source, clean, and transform data to ensure accuracy and integrity
Build scalable data models and dashboards (Power BI) to support reporting
Translate business requirements into actionable insights and structured solutions
Lead solution design and requirements gathering with stakeholders
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to a high-performing analytics team
Communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
2+ years of experience in data, analytics, or a similar role
Hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power BI, and AI solutions (including agentic AI integration)
Strong skills in data integration, transformation, and modeling
Proficiency in SQL and coding (Python or similar)
Experience translating business problems into technical/data solutions
Demonstrated ability to mentor or guide team members
Strong problem-solving mindset, curiosity, and ownership attitude
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
