HVAC Sales Consultant – Salary + Commission
We are looking for driven, energetic, and professional sales representatives to join our growing HVAC team in St. John's, Newfoundland.
This is a warm-lead, in-home sales role focused on residential heat pumps and HVAC solutions. You'll meet with homeowners who have already expressed interest through inbound inquiries, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
HVAC sales experience is required.
What You'll Do
- Run pre-qualified in-home appointments.
- Educate homeowners on HVAC systems, available rebates, financing options, and energy savings.
- Recommend solutions tailored to each homeowner's needs.
- Build trust and close sales.
- Maintain follow-up and pipeline management.
- Work closely with operations and installation teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
