Allevia Physiotherapy is hiring a full time/part time receptionist/client care coordinator to start immediately to join the fun and dynamic team.
Duties Include-
- Answering phone calls, booking appointments, taking payments
- Patient chart compiling and organization
- Sending and tracking third party report deadlines and processing payments
- Greeting and checking in patients at the front desk
- Working with therapists to maintain a time efficient schedule
- Understanding and following WCB, MVA and other third party policies and procedures
- Other various reception duties and keeping a clean front desk area
- Getting to know our awesome patients and getting to help people every day!
Previous related education and experience is Preferred.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
Warm, friendly telephone manner Customer service experience required, ideally in the service sector;
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
