Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Rep to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and promoting our products effectively. The ideal candidate will also have the ability to work outside helping our yard team with organization and order preparation.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the products they need.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Display excellent product knowledge and guide our customers through the decision making process.
- Follow up on quotes, emails and other online inquiries.
- Work with the yard team to prep stock for sale.
- Operate forklift to load customers and stock product.
- Stay informed about new products, promotions, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance.
- Act in a safe and responsible manner at all times.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships.
- Familiarity with cashiering processes and POS systems is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge of products and continuous learning.
- Previous experience on forklifts preferred but not required.
- Working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Heavy lifting (50+lbs).

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
