We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team, responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across various projects. Duties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan electrical installations and repairs.
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and equipment in industrial settings.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to perform electrical tasks efficiently.
- Conduct maintenance and repairs on low voltage systems, control panels.
- Assist with renovation projects by upgrading or replacing existing electrical infrastructure.
- Ensure all work complies with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies.
- Diagnose electrical issues using schematics and diagnostic tools; implement effective solutions promptly.
- Collaborate with construction teams during new builds or renovations to ensure seamless electrical integration.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed for compliance and future reference.
Skills
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Experience in all fields of electrical with a solid understanding of electrical systems in manufacturing or construction environments.
- Skilled in using hand tools such as wire strippers, pliers, screwdrivers, and multimeters.
- Familiarity with power tools necessary for installation and repair tasks.
- Knowledge of low voltage wiring systems and control circuitry including programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
- Strong background in construction or renovation projects involving electrical components.
- Handyman experience is a plus for versatile troubleshooting across different systems.
- Ability to work safely in high-voltage environments while adhering to safety protocols. This position requires a dedicated professional capable of managing complex electrical tasks efficiently while maintaining safety standards at all times.
Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
