Overview
We are seeking an experienced & detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating transportation and logistics operations efficiently. Must have at least 6 months of experience in Trucking/Logistics. We can help potential candidate with immigration as well however the candidate must be present in Canada.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to provide updates on shipment status
- Utilize data entry skills to input shipment details accurately into the system
- Analyze transportation data to optimize routes and improve efficiency
- Monitor and track shipments to address any delays or issues promptly
- Use phone etiquette when interacting with drivers and customers
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks as needed
Requirements
- At least 6 months prior experience in supply chain or logistics.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders
- Proficiency in data entry and ability to work with software systems like LoadLink, DAT & Xpert
- Familiarity with freight operations and shipping processes
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $16.00-$22.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
