Turfcare (Grounds) Staff – Seasonal Positions
D’Arcy Ranch Golf Club – Okotoks, Alberta
D’Arcy Ranch Golf Club in Okotoks, Alberta is currently hiring motivated individuals to join our Turfcare (Grounds) team for the 2026 golf season. We are seeking full-time seasonal employees who enjoy working outdoors in a team-oriented environment.
Employment is expected to begin in ASAP and continue through October, with the potential for rehire in future seasons.
Position Overview
As a member of the Turfcare team, you will help maintain the golf course to a high standard while gaining hands-on experience in golf course operations and turf management.
Regular Duties Include
- Daily course setup and general course cleanliness
- Bunker maintenance and repair
- Operation of a variety of mowing equipment, including ride-on and walk-behind units
- Assisting with irrigation maintenance and renovation projects
- Hand watering and general turf care practices
- Supporting the team with other grounds maintenance tasks as required
Schedule & Availability
- Early morning availability is required
- Most positions require one weekend day of work
- Typical schedules are: Tuesday to Saturday OR Sunday to Thursday
- Seasonal employment runs approximately until the end of October
- Approximately 35 hours per week

Qualifications
- Positive attitude and willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A valid Alberta drivers license
- Reliable transportation to and from the golf course
- Golf course or landscaping experience is considered an asset, but is not required
