Job Summary
We are seeking a versatile and skilled individual to join our construction and concrete team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of skills including blueprint reading, concrete forming, cabinetry, restoration, and various carpentry and construction techniques. This role involves working on diverse projects that require proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and technical schematics. You will contribute to the successful completion of residential, commercial, and industrial projects by applying their expertise in multiple trades. Responsibilities
- Install cabinets, siding, roofing, flooring, and siding materials according to project specifications.
- Conduct restoration work including drywall repair, painting, caulking, and finishing touches.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and other equipment safely and effectively.
- Assist with plumbing and electrical tasks as required by project scope.
- Measure materials accurately for construction estimating purposes.
- Execute heavy lifting tasks safely while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout each project phase.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction trades such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, or woodworking.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating processes.
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and heavy equipment operation.
- Knowledge of various construction disciplines including siding installation, flooring installation, tile laying, rebar installation, and cabinetry is preferred.
- Prior experience in restoration projects or renovation work is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Handyman experience or electrical/plumbing background is advantageous but not mandatory. This role requires a dedicated professional eager to contribute their diverse skill set to dynamic projects across the construction industry.
