Position:
GlassMasters is looking for a Customer Service Representative for our Calgary South location. In this role, you will be responsible for customer service, sales, and operational support with hands-on technical expertise in autoglass repair and replacement. You will work closely with management, technicians, assistants, and head office to ensure exceptional service, safe and efficient glass work, and strong store performance.
Duties and Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Support management in meeting store KPIs, increasing sales, and achieving profitability targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail and account customers.
- Assist with receivables management, daily performance monitoring, and account retention.
- Take ownership of escalated customer concerns, ensuring professional resolution.
- Support sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and monitoring competitor activity.
- Assist in training staff and promoting sales best practices.
Operational & Administrative Support
- Support inventory management: participate in counts, monitor supply levels, and assist with adjustments.
- Ensure the store presents professionally, including appearance, staff presentation, phone answering, and order processing.
- Assist branch management with sales, costs, labour targets, and operational reporting.
- Operate retail/business systems (POS, web portals, Excel, Word, inventory systems).
- Accurately report damages/issues immediately to management and follow proper protocols.
- Perform shop support duties including cleanliness, organization, and backend tasks.
- Perform rock chip repairs.
- Assist with loading/unloading vehicles.
- Drive company and account vehicles responsibly while maintaining a clean driver’s abstract.
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces.

Requirements:
- Valid Class S Driver’s License and clean Driver's Abstract.
- Professional Appearance and hygiene standards.
- Positive Attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to perform in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to quality control and customer service excellence.

Schedule:
- Day shift - Monday to Friday.
- Weekend availability (every other Saturday)
- Hours vary depending on season.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
