Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of the sales department, including hiring, training, and coaching sales staff to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize dealership profitability and market share.

Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze sales data, and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

Ensure compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.

Collaborate with other department managers to coordinate sales efforts, streamline processes, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales management.
