Welcome to Ripple Effect Massage Therapy & Wellness, a multidisciplinary clinic that supports its independent therapists with better contractor rates while still providing them with all the necessary amenities.
Our continued goal is to support exceptional practitioners by providing them with a collaborative and positive work environment and better, more flexible, compensation models that reflect the extra value they bring to their patients. (Please see below.)
Favourable Rates with Negotiable Terms
Either:
- a negotiable split (between 70/30% and 75/25%), or
- a shift rental option that works out to be equal to a 20/80% split
Plus: recognition for self-improvement!
- Your split rate improves if you learn a new modality with a new designation to your name. Ideally, you could get down to an 25/75% split!

Situated within a storefront on a busy street with highly visible signage. In an affluent neighbourhood with high-profile baseball development centres, dance studios, and boutique personal training gyms nearby. Located across the hall from a busy medical clinic with high foot-traffic and prospective patients.

Requirements:
- Valid license (in good standing) with your governing body.
- Professional liability insurance
- The ability to provide research-informed patient-centered care
