We are a residential construction company specializing in custom home building and carpentry projects throughout Winnipeg. As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our project management and day-to-day operations.
What You'll Do
Project Management & Buildertrend Administration
- Maintain and update project schedules, documents, photos, and client information in Buildertrend
- Track purchase orders, change orders, and client selections
- Manage client communications through the Buildertrend customer portal
- Ensure project milestones and tasks are updated and accurate
Trade & Subcontractor Coordination
- Schedule subcontractors and communicate project timelines
- Track trade confirmations and identify scheduling conflicts
- Maintain an up-to-date subcontractor contact database
General Administration
- Maintain organized digital project files
- Assist with onboarding new projects into Buildertrend
- Handle general office communications and administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of coordinator experience in construction, trades, or a related industry
- Experience with the Buildertrend software
- Knowledge of residential construction processes and terminology
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
