Position Summary:
As a Junior Program Advisor your role is to be involved in supporting and administering various social work programs under the guidance of program advisors and assisting in the development and implementation of client-care and programming activities.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the planning, development, and implementation of various social work programs.
2. Collaborate with program advisors, stakeholders, and other team members to meet program objectives.
3. Ensure compliance with all relevant provincial and federal regulations.
4. Conduct research and analysis related to social work policies and programs.
5. Assist in the preparation of project plans, budgets, and timelines.
6. Provide support in managing relationships with various stakeholders.
7. Assist in the design and delivery of training for staff and partners.
8. Monitor and report on program progress, challenges, and outcomes.
Roles & Expectations:
SCHEDULE:
- Set and establish a 2-day-per-week working schedule from 11 AM to 7 PM, and mandatory to attend community programming
- Participate in on-call rotation
1. Program Planning and Implementation

5. Project Support
- Responsibility: Assist in the preparation of project plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Expectation: Support project management activities to ensure programs are delivered on time and within budget.
6. Stakeholder Relationship Management
- Responsibility: Provide support in managing relationships with various stakeholders.
- Expectation: Maintain positive and productive relationships with stakeholders to facilitate program success.
7. Program Monitoring and Reporting
- Responsibility: Monitor and report on program progress, challenges, and outcomes.
- Expectation: Track program metrics and provide regular updates to ensure transparency and continuous improvement.
