The Program Director oversees the center’s overall operations.
Responsibilities include:
Ensure staffing levels meet licensing and staff-to-child ratio requirements, including hiring full-time and on-call staff.
Maintain sustainable enrollment and adjust staffing as needed.
Communicate with current and prospective parents.
Conduct performance and salary reviews for full-time staff (excluding the Assistant Director).
Plan and coordinate programs and resources.
Ensure compliance with licensing standards, regulations, policies, procedures, and accreditation requirements.
Supervise, coach, motivate, and manage staff and volunteers.
Support staff performance, including conflict resolution and disciplinary matters.
Promote and maintain a safe and healthy environment for children and staff.
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
