The Career Foundation is currently seeking a full-time, contract Inside Sales Associate on behalf of one of our employer partners who are world leaders in digital marketing.
- Location: Niagara Region (St Catharines) ON
- Job Type: Full Time
- Duration: 12 months contract with possibility of extension or permanent hire
- Shifts: Monday to Friday 9 am to 6:30 pm; may be scheduled on some weekends and some holidays. Shift bids in place to determine which shift you get based on performance metrics.
- Salary: $21.39 per hour + $900 Joining Bonus
- Number of Vacancies: 10+
Summary of the position:
As a Senior Inside Sales Account Representative, you will support businesses by helping them grow through effective social media advertising. You will build strong relationships with decision-makers, understand their advertising strategy, and offer data-driven recommendations to help them achieve better results.
Your Background:
- You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-term client relationships
- You are a people-oriented professional with experience using social media platforms
- You are comfortable in a fast-paced, quota-focused sales environment with high outbound call volume
Note: You will receive structured training and development to ensure you have all the necessary skills to navigate through our systems to find the solutions and/or the products that best suit our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with advertisers through multiple calls over the sales cycle
- Pitch tailored advertising solutions and products to support client goals
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls while maintaining strong engagement and consultative dialogue
- Perform follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and campaign success
- Log and track customer inquiries/issues with accurate documentation
- Troubleshoot and identify issues using defined procedures
- Analyze advertiser performance data to identify opportunities for upselling or optimization
- Stay current on social media advertising trends, industry updates, and competitive insights
- Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (inside sales, digital marketing, or ad sales preferred)
- 4+ years overall work experience
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts
- Sales, cold-calling, and quota-driven experience are strong assets
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills
- Ability to engage potential clients and maintain strong relationships
- Ability to work full-time Monday–Friday and adapt to shift assignments
Ability to commute/relocate:
- St Catharines, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
