The Armoury Sports Medicine is seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a professional, friendly, motivated individual. Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Receive payments and process third-party insurance billing and private invoicing.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for practitioners.
- Support practitioners and team members with administrative tasks as needed
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Google Workspace.
- Handle filing, record keeping, and document management with attention to detail.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or in person.
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of patient interactions and transactions.
Skills:
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Confidence in interacting with people in person and on the phone.
- Organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus but not required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
