Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Financial Services Manager to join our dynamic dealership team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for finalizing vehicle sales by arranging financing options, presenting aftermarket products, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the buying process.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and finalize all vehicle sales agreements and contracts.
Arrange financing and leasing solutions, ensuring prompt and accurate funding of deals.
Present and advise clients on a range of aftersales programs, extended warranties, protection packages, and insurance products.
Maintain a high level of customer service, follow-up, and satisfaction throughout the sales and finance process.
Accurately report all retail and lease sales to the manufacturer (OEM) in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with dealership policies, legal regulations, and financial institutions’ guidelines.
