We are currently recruiting to fill a vacant position at our Concord location. As a customer service/order desk clerk at Prosol Inc. you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of customer orders. You will be responsible for handling all customer inquiries, providing accurate knowledge regarding material. This position requires the ability to work collaboratively in a fast – paced environment.
Job description
Duties:
- Assist customers as needed.
- Answer telephones when needed.
- Process orders that are received via email and in person.
- Provide guidance to our customers on selecting the best products to meet their requirements.
- Process returns and exchanges through the system.
- Manage any problem cases with other warehouses.
- Participate in ongoing training of new vendor products.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills.
- Fast learner.
- Attention to detail.
- Able to multi-task.
- Work with a team to meet a common outcome.
- 2 year customer service experience within a fast-paced environment.
- Must speak fluent English.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
