Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Childcare Provider to care for children in a home setting. The ideal candidate will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that supports the developmental needs of children. This role involves providing attentive caregiving, meal preparation, and educational activities to promote growth and well-being.
Duties
- Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times within the home environment
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to children's dietary needs
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development
- Assist with daily routines including bathing, dressing, and nap times
- Maintain cleanliness of the childcare area through regular cleaning and organization
- Support children with special needs or disabilities as required, providing compassionate care
- Encourage positive behavior and social skills through teaching and guidance
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress, needs, and any concerns
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
- Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children
- Tend to emotional well-being of children
- Help children with homework

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
