We are seeking a Project Manager who will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects from initiation through completion while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This position oversees project timelines, and serves as the key liaison between engineering, production, supply chain, quality, and customers to ensure clear communication, risk mitigation, and timely problem resolution. Strong organizational, technical, and leadership skills are essential to drive project success in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Project coordination, implementation and production launch starting with customer proposals through PPAP and SOP phases
- Working with customers, suppliers and cross-functional teams
- Prepare planning documentation to support customer and internal activities
- Plan, monitor and communicate project status using a stage gate process
- Set clear project expectations and timelines required to deliver the outlined scope, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timelines can be met
- Actively and proactively work with customers and APQP teams
- Coordinate and monitor vendor activities as needed
- Conduct project status meetings and provide regular status reports/updates
- Responsible for ensuring cross functional team alignment & communication
- Support the engineering change process - ensure updates are implemented and communicated efficiently and correctly to all involved parties
- Prepare, review and update part costing, estimates vs. actual and variations for improvement
- Manage product packaging in coordination with internal and external partners
- Create and develop system and process improvements
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
Education & Experience
- Mechanical Engineering Degree or equivalent
- 3 years’ Project Management experience
- Project Management Certification PMP
Skills and Abilities
- Automotive OEM or tier manufacturing industry experience
- Working knowledge of IATF 16949
- Proficient with MS Office products and project management software
- Ability to lead cross functional teams
- Excellent communication skills, self starter and professional approach
- Detail-oriented multi-tasking working style, managing multiple projects at once while constantly reviewing/updating priorities and paying strict attention to detail
- Results-oriented, resourceful and proactive attitude
Physical Demands
- Prolonged sitting, with regular opportunities to change positions (e.g., standing, stretching, use of height-adjustable desks)
- Frequent and sustained use of computers, keyboards, mice, and other input devices
- Repetitive hand, finger, and wrist movements for typing, device configuration, and troubleshooting
- Ability to visually focus on computer screens, mobile devices, and written or digital documentation for extended periods
- Occasional standing, walking, bending, reaching, light twisting, kneeling, and crouching to access workstations, cabling, or equipment
- Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of up to 20–25 lbs
Health and Safety Responsibilities
- Comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and company safety policies
- Wear required PPE at all times
- Report hazards, injuries, or near misses immediately
- Participate in safety training
- Follow machine guarding and lockout/tagout procedures where applicable
- Follow all ESD requirements and wear CSA approved footwear

Pay: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
