Modern Massage is a boutique spa in Sidney, BC, known for its relaxing atmosphere, holistic treatments, and high-quality client care. We’re growing and looking for a dedicated Bodywork Therapist to join our team. This role can be full-time or part-time, and we welcome therapists who are passionate about bodywork, wellness, and creating exceptional client experiences.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional massage and bodywork treatments in line with Modern Massage’s standards
- Customize treatments to meet client needs and wellness goals
- Maintain a calm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere in all treatment areas
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of rooms, equipment, and supplies
- Collaborate with the team to support smooth daily operations
- Educate clients on home care, relaxation, and wellness when appropriate
Requirements
- Training and certification in massage, bodywork, or a related modality
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and provide a supportive, nurturing environment for clients
- Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and client comfort
- Flexible and reliable, with a positive attitude
