Job Summary
Scholars of Oakville South is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic French Teacher/Tutor to join our team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping students build confidence and academic success in French.
Responsibilities:
- Teach French to students from elementary to high school levels
- Support reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and oral communication skills
- Deliver engaging and individualized instruction in a 3:1 student-to-teacher setting
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback when needed
- Create a positive, supportive, and encouraging learning environment
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in spoken and written French
- Previous teaching or tutoring experience is an asset
- Comfortable working with children and youth
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, organized, and patient
Availability:
- Monday – Thursday: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
