IS2 Workforce Solutions is currently hiring multiple Forklift Operators for our client. This is a full-time opportunity offering steady hours and a consistent continental shift rotation.
Location: GTA
Schedule Requirement:
Candidates must be available to work a Monday to Friday – Morning, Afternoon, Nights, or 12-hour continental
Position Summary:
The Forklift Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient movement of freight within a warehouse environment, as well as inventory tracking, freight investigation, and general warehouse support duties.
Wage
$18 - $22
Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklift safely and efficiently
- Use RF scanners to track and manage inventory
- Load, unload, and move freight within the warehouse
- Keep accurate inventory records
- Perform general warehouse duties as assigned
- Utilize equipment such as pump trucks, two-wheel dollies, box knives, and ladders as required
Requirements
- Valid forklift certification (minimum of 6 months experience)
- Experienced working with Counterbalance, Raymond Reach, Dock Stocker, walkie or order picker
- Previous warehouse experience is required
- CSA-approved safety boots (mandatory)
- Strong counting and inventory skills
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials safely
- Ability to perform physical work in a warehouse environment
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
