We are seeking a dedicated Tow Truck drivers for both bed and wrecker . This role involves providing reliable roadside assistance, vehicle recovery, and transportation services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of vehicle mechanics, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to operate heavy-duty equipment safely and efficiently. As an driver, you will be responsible for managing your own schedule and ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients.
Duties
- Operate tow trucks to recover, transport, and assist vehicles in various situations such as breakdowns, accidents within the CAA network.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and minor repairs when necessary to ensure safe operation of the tow truck.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients and ensuring their needs are met professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of all towing jobs, including details of the vehicle, location, and services provided.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during operations.
- Manage the maintenance and routine servicing of your tow truck to ensure optimal performance.
Skills
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot basic issues with tow trucks and assist with minor repairs.
- Customer service skills to handle client interactions professionally and courteously.
- Experience with commercial driving, including operating heavy-duty vehicles safely on public roads.
- Automotive repair skills are a plus for maintaining and troubleshooting vehicle issues.
- Strong organizational skills for managing schedules, records, and maintenance logs. Pay: $55,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
Licence/Certification:
- MTO Driver training. (preferred)
