We are looking for a professional, organized, and personable Office Administrator to become an integral part of our team in Southeast Edmonton. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating exceptional client experiences, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys being the person who helps keep a successful organization running smoothly.
As the first point of contact for our clients, referral partners, and visitors, you will play an important role in representing our brand and supporting one of Canada's leading mortgage teams. What You’ll Be Responsible For
Client Experience
· Warmly welcome clients and visitors to the office.
· Answer and direct incoming calls.
· Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
· Ensure a professional and welcoming environment.
Office Administration
· Provide administrative support to the mortgage team.
· Prepare and organize documents and correspondence.
· Receive and distribute mail and deliveries.
· Help coordinate meetings and office logistics.
Office Operations
· Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office space.
· Monitor and order office supplies.
· Assist with general office coordination and day-to-day operations.
The Right Person will:

· Be highly organized with strong attention to detail.

· Enjoy helping people and solving problems.
· Be confident using technology and learning new systems (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, CRM systems). Experience with mortgage industry software is an asset but not required.
· Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Be dependable, positive and, team oriented.
Previous reception, administration, or customer service experience is required.
