Pastry Chef – Breads & Desserts (Italian baking experience is a plus!)
We’re looking for a Pastry Chef who can handle both artisan breads and desserts. You’ll be responsible for making everything from fresh-baked loaves and rolls to cakes, pastries, and plated desserts.
What you’ll do
- Bake daily breads like Focaccia and specialty loaves
- Prepare desserts such as cakes, tarts, pastries, and gelato
- Keep products consistent, fresh, and high quality
- Help create new bread and dessert items
- Keep your work area clean and organized
- Manage ingredients and reduce waste
What we’re looking for
- Experience with both bread baking and pastry
- Strong attention to detail and timing
- Creativity and pride in your work
- Ability to work early mornings and in a fast-paced kitchen

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
