About the Company
We are a fast-growing commercial property maintenance and heavy equipment organization operating across multiple divisions including landscaping, snow and ice management, equipment operations, and fleet services. Our team manages a large fleet of commercial vehicles and specialized equipment supporting year-round operations across the GTA and surrounding regions.
We are currently seeking an experienced 310T or 310TS Mechanic (preferred) or highly skilled mechanic with relevant experience in diesel trucks and heavy equipment maintenance to join our team immediately.
Position Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, repairing, and servicing a diverse fleet of commercial vehicles and equipment. This role will be based primarily out of our Etobicoke facility, with periodic travel required to our Markham and Port Perry locations.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide range of equipment and vehicles.
- Service and repair light-duty and medium-duty diesel trucks.
- Maintain and repair heavy and compact equipment including:
- Wheel loaders
- Skid steers
- Sidewalk tractors and snow equipment
- Commercial landscaping and lawn equipment (considered an asset)
- Perform preventative maintenance and fleet inspections.
- Complete repairs efficiently to minimize equipment downtime during peak operational periods.
- Conduct truck safeties and annual inspections (if qualified/licensed).
- Diagnose hydraulic, electrical, diesel engine, braking, and mechanical issues.
- Maintain accurate service and repair records.
- Coordinate with operations teams to prioritize repairs and fleet readiness.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company and provincial standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- 310T or 310TS Truck and Coach Technician Certification preferred.
- Strong consideration will be given to experienced mechanics without certification who possess relevant fleet and equipment experience.
- Experience working with:
- Diesel trucks
- Heavy equipment
- Snow and ice maintenance equipment
- Landscaping and lawn equipment (considered an asset)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
- Experience with hydraulics, diesel systems, electrical systems, and preventative maintenance programs.
- Valid driver’s license required (DZ license considered an asset).
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
