Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Landscape /Laborer to join our team and assist with various outdoor landscaping projects. Duties
- Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, planting ,
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping projects
- Use mechanical equipment for site preparation and excavation work
- ensure proper watering of landscaped areas
- Perform gardening tasks including planting, pruning, fertilizing, and pest control
- Support construction activities such as building retaining walls, patios, or other landscape features
- Conduct routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency
- Follow safety protocols during all operations to prevent accidents or injuries
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and meet client expectations
Skills
- Experience or familiarity with excavators, irrigation systems, gardening, and horticulture practices
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and construction processes
- Mechanical knowledge related to the operation and maintenance of tools and equipment
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and hoes
- Ability to operate power tools safely including trimmers, blowers, and saws
- Strong understanding of landscape construction materials and methods
- Physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy materials when needed
- Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
