We're Hiring – Intermediate/Senior Bookkeeper (Part-Time, with the potential for Full-Time for the right individual)
New Wings Bookkeeping Ltd. is a growing bookkeeping and consulting firm looking for a detail-oriented Intermediate/Senior Bookkeeper to join our team.
This position supports one Certified Professional Bookkeeper and two Junior Bookkeepers and includes a mix of bookkeeping, payroll, and administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-cycle bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online and Sage 50
- Payroll processing
- Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Monthly financial reporting
- General administrative and office support
What We're Looking For
✔ 5+ years of bookkeeping and payroll experience
✔ Experience with QuickBooks Online and Sage 50
✔ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
✔ Proficiency with Microsoft Office
✔ Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
✔ Certified Professional Bookkeeper (CPB) designation is considered an asset
Position Details
- Permanent position
- 20–25 hours per week (potential for full-time based on experience)
