Niagara Integrative Health is a brand-new multidisciplinary rehabilitation and wellness clinic opening on Niagara Stone Road in Niagara-on-the-Lake. We're bringing Registered Massage Therapy, Physiotherapy, Chiropractic care, Osteopathy, Pilates, and Yoga together under one roof. The clinic is led by a physician Medical Director and backed by an experienced capital partner.
The Role
We're looking for a Registered Physiotherapist to join not as an employee, but as a founding Practice Partner. You'll build your own clinical caseload while co-managing day-to-day operations alongside our Medical Director, sharing the operational workload as a true partner from day one. This includes a full clinical caseload with direct billing to major insurers, shared on-site leadership and operational responsibilities, a genuine voice in how the practice is run, staffed, and grows, and first-hire priority as we expand to additional locations.
Compensation & Path to Ownership
Your income grows as the practice grows, through three components: a clinical commission of 40% on your own booked visits, building your own client base and schedule; a co-management stipend that grows year over year as your leadership role expands; and a real equity/ownership stake that vests over four years (one-year cliff, then progressively) — sweat equity earned by helping build the practice.
Growth Vision
We're starting with one clinic in Niagara-on-the-Lake and building it right. Once this location is established, the plan is to expand to additional locations — and the practice partner who helps build this first clinic is who we expect to grow with us into those future locations, with ownership across the group, not just one site.
Location
Niagara Stone Road, Niagara-on-the-Lake — in one of Ontario's most desirable communities to live and work: wine country, Lake Ontario, and a short drive from St. Catharines and the broader Niagara Region.
What We're Looking For
Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario; comfortable building and managing your own client caseload; genuinely interested in the operational and leadership side of running a clinic, not just clinical work; an entrepreneurial mindset — motivated by ownership and long-term growth rather than just a paycheque; and a team-oriented approach, working daily alongside RMTs, Chiropractors, Osteopaths, and Yoga/Pilates instructors.
