What You'll Do Customer Experience
- Welcome customers and create an exceptional shopping experience.
- Help customers discover furniture and décor that fits their lifestyle and needs.
- Build lasting customer relationships through personalized service.
- Follow up with customers throughout the purchasing process.
Sales & Design
- Assist customers with room planning and furniture selection.
- Recommend coordinating pieces and complete room solutions.
- Present fabric, leather, finish, and customization options.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals.
Showroom Excellence
- Maintain showroom presentation standards.
- Participate in merchandising and floor changes.
- Stay informed on product knowledge and current design trends.
- Support promotional events and marketing initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Retail sales experience preferred.
- Furniture, home furnishings, interior design, or appliance, experience is an asset.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Positive, professional, and self-motivated attitude.
- Passion for design, furniture, and helping customers.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Experience using computer systems and point-of-sale software.

$400,000 – $100,000+ annually
