Location: Stoney Creek, ON (In-Person) Pay Range: $22.00 – $25.50 per hour Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

The Opportunity
We are looking for an enthusiastic, bilingual professional to join our team in Stoney Creek. This is a no cold-calling environment. You will be the primary point of contact for our established customers, ensuring they receive the high-quality products and service that have made us an industry leader for three decades.
Your Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Handle incoming inquiries and take orders from our diverse Canadian client base in both English and French.
- Order Management: Process orders into our system with accuracy, follow up on customer requests, and manage order corrections.
- Financial Processing: Handle invoicing, credit card transactions, payment receiving, and daily receipt balancing.
- Product Expertise: Maintain a strong knowledge of our unique product catalog and codes to provide expert recommendations.
What You Bring to the Table
- Bilingualism: Fluency in both French and English is required.
- Experience: A background in Customer Service is required; previous experience in order processing is a strong asset.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with an outgoing and motivated personality.
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and email management.
- Resilience: The ability to stay organized and calm in high-pressure, fast-paced situations.
