Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pakistani / Indian and Western Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing authentic Pakistani and Indian dishes, as well as Western cuisine, to provide a diverse and flavorful menu for our guests. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Cook will be responsible for ensuring high-quality food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the overall dining experience.
Duties
- Prepare and cook authentic Pakistani and Indian dishes, including curries, biryanis, kebabs, and traditional sides
- Create Western-style meals such as grilled items, pasta, salads, Breakfast and other contemporary dishes
- Follow recipes and presentation standards to ensure consistency and quality
- Manage multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring ingredient levels and notifying management of shortages
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours
- Adapt recipes based on customer preferences or dietary restrictions when necessary
Skills
- Proven experience in preparing Pakistani, Indian, and Western cuisines.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles for both regional cuisines
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to cleanliness and safety standards
- Creativity in recipe development and presentation
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to adapt to menu changes or special requests

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
