The Opportunity
AgeCare is seeking a strategic and experienced IT leader to serve as Manager, IT Support Services & Security. In this role, you will manage and develop IT teams, oversee multi-site IT operations, and drive technology initiatives that align with AgeCare’s organizational priorities. Manage IT support budgets, technology assets, and vendor contracts with a focus on value, performance, accountability, and sustainability.
Partner with operational leaders, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to proactively identify and mitigate technology and cybersecurity risks.
Promote systems, processes, and governance practices that enable secure, reliable, and high-quality care delivery for residents and staff alike.
