What You’ll Do
As our Customer Service Leader, you will:
- Champion a warm, welcoming, and consistent guest experience across all stores
- Train, coach, and motivate front-of-house team members
- Set the standard for speed, quality, tone, and communication
- Handle guest concerns with empathy, clarity, and proactive solutions
- Support scheduling, shift routines, and floor leadership
- Ensure shop cleanliness, efficiency, merchandising, and product presentation
- Create a culture of kindness, accountability, and good energy
- Help build our reputation as the happiest doughnut experience in the region
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in hospitality, customer service, or retail leadership
- A genuine passion for people and community
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to coach and develop team members
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- A calm, steady presence under pressure
- Flexibility to work weekends and early mornings when needed
- Bonus: Experience in cafés, bakeries, or food-service environments
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
