Moxies Medicine Hat is currently looking for an experienced prep cook to join our team.
This position requires full day time availability and must able to work any day of the week as well as holidays. Must also be reliable and punctual.
The ideal candidate will need to be proficient at multi tasking, have basic knowledge of cooking tools and have knife skills, making daily prep lists and executing them mostly alone or with minimal supervision, following company specs, keeping a clean work space and keeping an organized cooler/freezer with proper product rotation, putting food orders away, dishes, side duties etc.
Applicant must also be able to read, write and communicate in English, be able to comprehend recipes and specs and must have a reliable means of transport to and from work.
Candidates must live in the Medicine Hat area and only qualified candidates will be contacted for an interview.
