Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and creative Photo and Videographer to join our real estate marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality images and videos of residential and commercial properties to enhance our property listings. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, excellent technical skills, and proficiency with industry-standard editing software. Responsibilities
- Capture professional-quality photographs and videos of various real estate properties, including interior and exterior shots.
- Edit photos to ensure vibrant, attractive images that highlight property features.
- Produce engaging video tours and promotional content, ensuring smooth transitions and appealing visuals.
- Collaborate with real estate agents and clients to understand specific visual requirements and preferences.
- Manage and organize digital assets efficiently for easy access and timely delivery of content.
- Maintain equipment, including cameras, lighting, and editing tools, ensuring optimal performance at all times.
- Stay updated on current trends in real estate photography and videography to continuously improve quality standards.
- Must have there own equipment, Drone, Gimble, Cameras etc. willing to possibly purchase equipment for the right fit.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate photography or videography is preferred.
- Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and camera techniques.
- Ability to operate professional camera equipment and accessories confidently.
- Excellent attention to detail with a creative eye for capturing compelling visuals.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
- Reliable transportation to travel between property locations as needed.
- A portfolio showcasing previous work in real estate or related fields is highly desirable. This role is ideal for a motivated individual passionate about visual storytelling in the real estate industry, eager to produce stunning imagery that helps properties stand out in a competitive market.
Pay: $50.00-$60.00 per hour
