Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician or late term apprentice to join our team, responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The role Applicants should have a solid understanding of schematics and mechanical systems, with a focus on delivering high-quality service for both our Residential and Commercial Customer Base.
Duties
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems in residential, commercial, and institutional settings
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure efficient operation of heating and cooling equipment
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals for system installation and repairs
- Service Furnaces, RTU's, Boilers, A/C's and mechanical systems integral to HVAC operations
- Diagnose mechanical issues using specialized tools and techniques
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and building codes
- Document service activities accurately for maintenance records
- Be available for On Call after hours service rotation
Experience
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician in the Residential and or Commercial Sector for a minimum of 3 years
- 313D/A and or Gas 3 (2 preferred)
- Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics effectively
- Familiarity with maintenance procedures for various mechanical components

Pay: $36.00-$48.00 per hour
