Job Duties
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies aligned with the corporate's overall objectives.
Contract Negotiation and Management:
- Lead negotiations with Contracting Authorities to secure favorable terms and agreements during contract review and application of contractual clause
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and manage contract performance, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
