Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Roofer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs on residential and commercial buildings. This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to work in various weather conditions. The Roofer will work closely with other team members to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Install roofing materials such as shingles, torch on, and metal sheets according to specifications.
- Repair or replace damaged roofing systems, ensuring proper sealing and waterproofing.
- Perform caulking and sealing of joints and seams to prevent leaks.
- Conduct regular inspections of roofs to identify potential issues before they become serious problems.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively in all roofing tasks.
- Lift heavy materials and equipment as necessary while adhering to safety protocols.
Experience
- Previous experience in roofing or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with heavy lifting techniques and physical endurance for demanding tasks.
- Experience with caulking, carpentry, or maintenance person skills will be beneficial.
- Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $20.00-$45.00 per hour
