The Role
You generate opportunity.
Your job is to contact homeowners (inbound leads, outbound lists, and follow-ups), start conversations, and book qualified appointments for our sales team.
You are not closing deals - you are filling the calendar with qualified homeowners.
Speed and consistency matter.
What You Will Do
- Call inbound leads and respond quickly
- Outbound call, text, and follow up with homeowners
- Qualify prospects (homeownership, roof condition, timing)
- Book inspections and consultations into the calendar
- Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows
- Keep CRM clean and updated in real time
- Reactivate old leads and missed opportunities
Compensation Structure
This is a commission-based role.
You are paid based on the deals that come from the appointments you set.
More qualified appointments → more installs → higher earnings.

Requirements
- Previous SDR, call center, or sales experience preferred
- Comfortable making high-volume calls daily
- Reliable internet and quiet work environment
- Ability to work evenings and weekends (when needed)
- Familiarity with CRM systems (GHL, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
Pay: $65,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
