We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. Responsibilities
- Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors and answering calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Respond to email as needed.
- Perform data entry and maintain and post marketing ads.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and calendar management for appointments.
- Maintain organization of office supplies and ensure the cleanliness of the reception area.
- Occasionally help in the back with general labor.
Qualifications
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service abilities coupled with professional phone etiquette
- Experience with filing systems, proofreading documents, and managing multi-line phone systems
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
