JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a customer-focused and organized Customer Service Supervisor to join our growing family-run business. This role is responsible for overseeing the complete customer service resolution process from initial customer contact through final resolution, while helping maintain the company’s reputation for exceptional customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, solution-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse and retail support environment. This position requires strong communication skills, patience, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple service files simultaneously while maintaining positive customer relationships.
As a small business, this role is hands-on and collaborative. In addition to customer service responsibilities, the successful candidate will assist with parts coordination, product ordering, vendor communication, service scheduling, and administrative follow-up to ensure efficient and timely service resolutions.
The Customer Service Supervisor will be responsible for opening and managing service tickets, accurately documenting customer information and product details, coordinating parts and repairs with suppliers and technicians, maintaining customer communication throughout the process, and ensuring customer satisfaction upon completion.
