You Glow Aesthetics is growing, and we are looking for a strong Sales Coordinator to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who understands sales, knows how to close, and is motivated by performance and high earning potential. We are not looking for someone who is shy about sales, we are looking for someone confident, driven, professional, and hungry to succeed.
What we’re looking for:
Someone with proven sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to build trust with clients quickly. The right candidate knows how to follow up, handle objections, explain value, and close sales in a professional way.
Experience in beauty, aesthetics, wellness, medical spas, financing, high-ticket sales, or service-based sales is a strong asset.
Responsibilities include:
Connecting with potential clients, following up with leads, booking consultations, explaining treatment packages, supporting clients through the purchasing process, and closing sales.
You will be working with warm leads and clients who have already shown interest in our services, so the opportunity is there for someone who knows how to convert.
Compensation:
We offer flexible compensation options:
Hourly payCommission-based pay and a commission combination structure
Commission can range from 10%–15%, depending on performance.
Candidates will be paid the higher amount between their hourly pay and earned commission, ensuring strong earning potential for high-performing salespeople
This role has very strong earning potential for someone who is serious about sales. A motivated salesperson can make significant income in this position.
