Fish Creek Psychology & Wellness is a new multi-disciplinary clinic opening in SE Calgary (Sunpark area), combining psychology and counselling with complementary wellness services. We are building a small, collaborative team where clinicians focus on clinical work — and the clinic handles everything else.
The role
We are seeking a Registered Psychologist (or Registered Provisional Psychologist) to join as an independent contractor on a revenue-split basis. You maintain full clinical autonomy and your own professional registration; we provide the infrastructure.
What we handle for you
- Client acquisition: marketing, SEO, referral development — filling your calendar is our KPI
- Direct billing to major insurers (Alberta Blue Cross, Manulife, Canada Life, Sun Life, Green Shield) via Telus eClaims
- Booking, reminders, intake and payment collection (Jane App)
- Furnished private office in a professional medical building with parking
What you bring
- Registration in good standing with the College of Alberta Psychologists (Registered or Provisional)
- Professional liability insurance
- Your clinical approach and areas of focus — we welcome any specialty (trauma/EMDR, couples, child & adolescent, assessments a plus)
- 2+ days per week availability (schedule fully flexible; hybrid in-person/virtual possible)
Compensation
Competitive revenue split, commensurate with experience and caseload. No fees, no rent, no minimums — you earn from your first session. Happy to walk through the numbers transparently at the interview stage.
Pay: $140.00-$160.00 per hour
